Role
We are seeking after skilled professional able to create and lead the system of distributors, local VIP consultants and consultant-laboratories, using his/her leadership and strategic skills towards effective marketing research, promotion and sale of in vitro diagnostic products, introduction of a new product groups and targeting new customer segments.

Understanding differences of market and political situation in different regions of Romania/Bulgaria

Experience in the field of in-vitro diagnostics (IVD, diagnostic tests and products for clinical laboratories), preferably with experience from a company marketing IVD or with experience from clinical laboratory is appreciated

Knowledge of the Romanian/Bulgarian IVD market (customers and customer preferences, competitors, products, distribution channels, etc.) is appreciated

Knowledge of biochemistry and specifics of clinical laboratories‘ work is welcomed

Responsibilities
1st stage - Analysis of Romanian and Bulgarian market with biochemical analysers+photometers and biochemical kits, with urine strip readers and preparation of marketing plan how to penetrate this market (distribution, activities, timeframe, expected sales, costs…)
- Negotiation with present distributors – theirs experience and suggestions
- Expected duration of this stage is up to 8 weeks
2nd stage a) Implementation of the above-mentioned plan
b) Updating and enhancement of distributors network
c) Finding consutee laboratories and opinion makers and established relations with them
d) Finding new marketing and communication channels to laboratories
e) Organisation of other key marketing activates according to assignment from teh company
3rd stage - Overall responsibility for marketing activities of the company in Romania and Bulgaria
- Penetration of RO and BG market with biochemical analysers and urine readers
Reporting to M&S Director of the company. Co-operation with Territorial Manager and Product Managers and Advisers in the company.
